Renovations

Renovating your home can be a overwhelming project, with many pitfalls if you are not accustomed to the building industry. We offer you a range of services from the architectural building designs through to project management, building and interior design. Whether you are looking to add a kitchen and family room or a extension larger than the original home we can help you by providing architectural drawings which are specifically designed to meet your personal living requirements

Most of our building design work centres in and around the inner city South Eastern Suburbs where homes have beautiful period features and architectural significance. Renovating and updating these majestic heritage homes is quite an honour and we can safely state that it is our forte.

Many of our gallery renovations designs in Armadale, Camberwell, Glen Iris, Malvern, Kew and Port Melbourne are homes with Heritage Overlays, requiring extensive town planning and approvals to ensure we can meet both your and councils strict requirements.

Heritage designs can be tricky; our goal is to design your renovation to be seamless with the current structure. Our designs are often considered timeless, since they don’t date or look like something added on but rather a renovation and extension that has evolved from the original building. Peruse some of our work in the gallery, you can see the before and after shots which will give you an idea of your preferences, contemporary or period features can combine with your existing home to give it a truly individual look.

We have developed sound working relationships with many of the inner city councils, including but not limited to Boroondara, Stonnington, Port Phillip, Glen Eira, Bayside , Monash and Whitehorse councils. The smile on clients faces when there architectural plans are approved and town planning permits received makes the extra effort all worthwhile.
